OUR PROJECTS
statutory approvals
We support clients in securing State and Commonwealth approvals, preparation of EP Act Part IV and EPBC Act referral and supporting documentation, Section 43A, 45C and 46 applications, and appeals.
We also assist our clients in securing Mining Act 1978 approvals.
WORKS APPROVAL AND LICENCES
We have demonstrated experience in securing industry approvals under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. We have depth of experience in preparing application documents and navigation the works approval and licence assessment and approvals process.
